This is my go to recipe, its so good. Turns out great every time, and I love the rub. I use cut up potatoes to put the chicken on instead of foil. I put flour in the drippings and it makes a tasty gravy.

This is so easy and so great. Browning under the broiler adds such a nice color and crisp skin. I recommend using Penzey’s Tandoori spice mix for this – such a fantastic combination of flavors.
