Easy and so damn good. My two favorite things making dinner. I served them plated on a simple mash potato. The peppers stand up nicely and the mashed potatoes are so delicious with the juices and droppings from the peppers.

You could use marinara, I typically use a can of Hunt’s tomato sauce.
